If you’re looking for a way to make a difference in your community, volunteering at the library is a great opportunity to make your voice heard. Young Adult Services is looking for teens ages 14 or older to assist us in a variety of programs and services. Here are some examples of how you can contribute your ideas and time to the library and serve your community.
- Join the Teen Activity Group & help develop programs for teens
- Help with PR – create posters, flyers, press releases
- Assist at special library events
- Work on the YA collection – help develop booklists and book reviews
FMI call the library at 743-5309 or schedule a time to come in to talk with us about your volunteer interests and fill out a volunteer application form.
We hope to hear from you!
